Whenever we begin work with an organisation, our starting point is always a full systems audit encompassing hardware, software, security, printers and infrastructure. Once the audit has been completed, we collate the harvested data into a document which allows you to see your IT systems at a glance. It includes a diagram of the network topology, technical and contact details for other suppliers like your Internet Service Provider, a list of machines and their hardware and a list of all the software licenses owned by your organisation.

With this document in hand, it becomes much easier to:

- spot holes in your network security
- plan for upcoming expenditures
- prioritise your IT needs
